Vincent Costello

Senior Vice President, Principal Accounting

Mr. Costello serves as the Senior Vice President of Principal Accounting for Sterling Organization and its related companies. In his role, Mr. Costello is focused on the firm’s tax, management company, banking and legacy property investor relations, as well as managing accounting and taxes for the firm’s Managing Principal.

Prior to joining Sterling more than two decades ago, Mr. Costello worked extensively in the banking industry where he was an Executive Vice President and Controller of a multi-state publicly traded bank holding company in the Mid-Atlantic region. His expertise includes corporate finance, regulatory requirements, implementation of policies and procedures, investor and client relationships, U.S. partnership tax compliance and reporting, and public company accounting and reporting. Mr. Costello graduated cum laude with a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland system and is a Certified Public Accountant.
