Vice President of Retail Investments, North

Mr. Donehower serves as Vice President of Retail Investments for the Northern United States. He is based in Philadelphia and is responsible for sourcing and executing all retail acquisition opportunities and dispositions within the region. Prior to joining Sterling, he spent four years at Brixmor Property Group in a similar capacity, where he helped lead the acquisition and disposition of retail assets across their Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to Brixmor, Mr. Donehower worked in PwC’s Real Estate Financial Markets group.

Mr. Donehower holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University and is a CFA charterholder.
