Dan Sutherland

Senior Vice President of Retail Investments, West

Mr. Sutherland serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Investments for the Western United States. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and executing all retail acquisition opportunities and dispositions within the region.

Dan brings extensive knowledge and experience having worked in the public REIT space for over 15 years, and most recently serving as Managing Director of Investments for Brixton Capital where he led retail acquisitions for the company. Prior to joining Brixton Capital, he served as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Dispositions at Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX) where he was responsible for overseeing transactions for the western and midwestern United States.

Mr. Sutherland received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and is an active member of ICSC and ULI.
