Chris Bartholomew

Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Chris Bartholomew serves as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Sterling Organization and its related entities. In his role, he is responsible for property-level forecasting, capital activity analysis, and cash flow projections for the company’s investment funds.

Previously, Mr. Bartholomew was Vice President of Financial Services at RPT Realty, a publicly traded REIT acquired by Kimco Realty in January 2024, where he oversaw the company’s forecasting process, provided financial analyses for capital projects, and supported quarterly activities related to the company’s operational reporting and earnings releases. During his tenure at RPT, he also held senior positions in Asset Management and joint venture relations.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Youngstown State University and an MBA from Michigan State University.
