Sterling Organization purchased Pasadena Crossroads in an off-market transaction from Pasadena Crossroads LLC for $31.6 million. The shopping center is anchored by Kmart, Shoppers Food & Pharmacy, Babies “R” Us, LA Fitness and Gardiner Wolf Furniture.”
