Investor Relations

Mr. Stoloff serves as Director, Investor Relations for Sterling Organization. Mr. Stoloff is responsible for capital formation, client relations, project management, and assisting with the Firm’s strategic growth initiatives. Additionally, he serves on the Firm’s ESG Committee.

Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Stoloff was an Analyst with Foundry Commercial as part of the Development & Investments team, which focused on an array of real estate investments and development opportunities. Prior to Foundry Commercial, he worked as an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he was involved in underwriting multifamily real estate transactions financed, in part, via tax credit equity (LIHTC).

Mr. Stoloff holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
