Sterling Consumer Logistics Properties I (“SCLP I”) held its final close in July of 2022 with committed capital of $225 million. SCLP is a discretionary closed-end institutional equity fund targeting LAST HOUR® consumer fulfillment and distribution real estate assets in infill locations in certain major markets across the United States. The Fund seeks to opportunistically acquire primarily vacant, freestanding retail buildings with the intent to convert them into Neighborhood Fulfillment Centers. SCLP I is currently making investments.
