Mark Schultz

Senior Vice President, Property Management

Mr. Schultz serves as Senior Vice President of Property Management for Sterling Organization and its related companies. In his role, Mr. Schultz is responsible for the oversight of the firms property management activities for Sterling’s national portfolio. As such, Mr. Schultz leads a team of property managers, facilities managers, and property level maintenance and marketing managers.

Previously, Mr. Schultz spent the last 19 years in various property management and operations roles at Weingarten Realty Investors and most recently as Regional Director, where he oversaw all property management functions in the Western United States prior to their merger in 2021 with Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM). As Regional Director, his responsibilities included the management of 47 grocery anchored, neighborhood and community shopping centers totaling ~7.5 million square feet, consisting of more than 1,300 tenants spread across 8 states.

Mr. Schultz received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. Mr. Schultz also has a CSM certification (Certified Shopping Center Manager) from ICSC and is active in IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).
