Karen Lynch

Senior Vice President, Lease Administration

Ms. Lynch serves as Senior Vice President of Lease Administration for Sterling Organization. Ms. Lynch oversees the firm’s lease administration team, which is responsible for working with Sterling’s leasing and legal groups to draft and prepare all of the firm’s lease and supplemental tenant documentation as well as track the execution of leases in conjunction with the accounting department.

Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Lynch worked for 11 years in residential real estate with one of the country’s largest landlords, Equity Residential, as a leasing consultant and a regional accountant.
