John Miller-Simard

Managing Director, Sterling Logistics Properties

Mr. Miller-Simard serves as Managing Director of Sterling Logistics Properties (“SLP”). Mr. Miller-Simard’s responsibilities include the execution of day-to-day operational performance, site sourcing/selection and leading the entitlement strategy of Sterling Logistics Properties. 

Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Miller-Simard worked in entitlement, site selection and finance roles at Amazon Logistics (AMZL). In his 5 years at Amazon, he performed over 100 financial analyses for existing delivery stations, selected dozens of locations and managed entitlements for 85+ stations. Prior to Amazon, he served as a financial analyst at Boeing.

Mr. Miller-Simard graduated from Western Washington University with a Master of Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in Finance and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington.
