H.H. Gregg Signs Lease at Windsor Square Shopping Center in Charlotte

Palm Beach, FL – Sterling Organization, a privately owned retail real estate investment and services company headquartered in Palm Beach, announced that it has signed a 10-year lease agreement with H.H. Gregg, one of the nation’s leading and fastest growing retailers of home appliances and consumer electronics, for almost 23,000 square feet at Windsor Square Shopping Center near Charlotte, NC. Jeff McElhinny from Atlantic Retail Properties brokered the deal for H.H. Gregg.
The new 22,934-square-foot H.H. Gregg store, scheduled to open in September, will be located on the south side of Windsor Square Shopping Center next to Petsmart. The retailer also joins other nationally recognized businesses at the center, including Sam’s Club, Kohls, JC Penney, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, DSW Shoes, Lifetime Fitness, Dress Barn, Shoe Carnival, Justice, Rue 21, VisionWorks and Outback Steakhouse. Windsor Square Shopping Center is situated on the east side of U.S. Highway 74 (East Independence Boulevard) and is about nine miles southeast of downtown Charlotte in Matthews, NC. As one of the largest shopping centers in metropolitan Charlotte, the site is comprised of seven retail buildings totaling 661,156 square feet.
