“H.H. Gregg (NYSE:HGG) has signed a 10-year lease for a nearly 23,000-square-foot-store in Windsor Square Shopping Center in Matthews.

H.H. Gregg offers a mix of goods, including home appliances, televisions, computers, furniture, mattresses and fitness equipment.”
