The center has excellent visibility from the Palmetto Expressway, a major North / South corridor in South Florida that has over 200,000 cars / day of traffic. In addition, the property is less than 1/8th of a mile south of the Dolphin Expressway, (another major traffic artery in south Florida) making Mall of the Americas one of the most accessible retail sites in Miami.
