For the second year in a row, Sterling Organization sponsored the winning team of MBA students competing for the Alexander Bodini Foundation Prize, which was awarded at the Real Estate Project Class Final Presentations Competition and Awards Dinner at Columbia Business School in December. Four teams were tasked with developing and presenting their own investment strategies for actual properties owned by real estate firms sponsoring the event. Sterling’s team, including MBA students Chris Doman ’15, Dennis Giuliano ’15, Sarah Pous ’15, and Kris Ronning ’15, won first place for their presentation focused on Golf Mill Shopping Center, a regional mall located in the Chicago MSA.
