"A new Panera Bread is headed to Niles' Golf Mill Shopping Center, according to a press release issued by a real estate investment firm.

Sterling Organization, which is based in Palm Beach, Fla., announced Monday that it had signed a lease agreement with the fast casual chain known for its bread bowls, pastries, soups and sandwiches.
