Thursday, July 12, 2018 Pair of Cub Foods-anchored north metro shopping centers sell for $42M


The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Nick Halter reports:

"A Florida buyer has paid $41.7 million for Cub Foods-anchored shopping centers in Coon Rapids and Arden Hills.

Sterling Organization, a private equity firm that invests in real estate, bought the shopping centers from IRC Retail Centers of Oak Brook Ill. Sterling now owns five Cub Foods-anchored centers in the Twin Cities."
